The current Board of Directors of Tesmec S.p.A. is composed of 10 members (each a "Director"), all of whom were appointed in the shareholders’ meeting of 23 February 2010 and whose term of office will expire at the shareholders’ meeting at which the Company’s financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2012 are approved.
