In accordance to internal dealing regulations established by article 114 of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 1998 and articles 152-sexies, -septies and -octies of CONSOB regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended, Tesmec drew up a Code of Conduct on Insider Dealing establishing rules on the reporting requirements on transactions of shares and other financial instruments of Tesmec by certain Insiders and subjects and/or companies connected to them.
