Paola Durante is graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a degree in Economics and Commerce, focused on Applied Economics.
In 1995 she was part of the financial analysts team in S&P Market Scope, in London, being responsible for the Italian market.
From 1997 to 1999, back in Italy, she worked for CAI-Cheuvreux as an equity research analyst, in the luxury goods sector. Then she joined the team of analysts in the luxury goods sector of Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch) as Vice-President, responsible for Southern Europe.
In 2005, Paola Durante began to work for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking team, until she became Managing Director. At first as an analyst, and then as an investment banker, Paola Durante followed -among the others- the most important IPO operations in the luxury goods sector, such as Tod’s, Burberry, Geox, Safilo, Poltrona Frau, Aeffe and Damiani.
From July 2013, Paola Durante has been working for Moncler as Head of investor relations and strategic planning, following its quotation process.
Paola Durante is currently director of Tesmec.
