Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni is Group’s Chairman and Managing Director. Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni graduated in Business and Economics from Sacred Heart University in Milan.

From 1971 to 1979 he worked for Andersen Consulting S.p.A. and was director of their Industry Finance – Leasing division.

In 1980, he started work for the family-owned company which eventually became "M.T.S. Officine Meccaniche di Precisione S.p.A.", which through time became an international group with diversified activities in various sectors and countries.

Gianluca Bolelli is the other Vice Chairman of our Group. He graduated in Business and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

He has been a registered tax accountant since 1985 and a registered auditor since 1995. He has also been a registered journalist since 1994.

From 1990 to 1993 he served as an adjunct teaching professor on the Economics and Business faculty in the undergraduate Business Economics Department at the Catholic University of Milan.

He is a member of several scientific committees for research related to tax and corporate governance issues, including the scientific committee for the Association of Family Held Businesses (Associazione delle Imprese Familiari). He is a member of the scientific committee and a professor at the Italian University of Switzerland (Scuola Universitaria Superiore Svizzera Italiana) in Lugano. He also teaches at the management school of Bocconi University, where he is the supervisor for tax, corporate and corporate governance courses. He has co-authored a variety of publications and articles on tax, contract and corporate law matters. From 1984 to 1985 he was an auditor at Deloitte Haskins Sells (subsequently, Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.). In 1985 and 1986 he was a consultant at Peat Marwick Consultants (subsequently KPMG S.p.A.). Since 1986, he has worked as a tax specialist and in 1989 became the co-founding partner of the firm, Studio Bolelli, Sportelli, de Pietri-Tonelli.

Lucia Caccia Dominioni born in Milan on 23 February 1977, graduated in Arts and Humanities from the University of Milan in 2001.

After graduating, she worked at Inferentia DNM in Human Resources until 2002.

After a work experience at Daniel Contractors (Manchester, UK), she began working for Reggiani Macchine S.p.A. dealing with commercial relations with Germany, initially from Bergamo and then from Berlin between 2003 and 2005.

In 2009, she was involved in the external communication campaign during the process that led to the listing on the Stock Exchange of Tesmec, in July 2010.

She has dealt with press office communications and management for Reggiani Macchine since 2009.

She is currently Director of Tesmec.

Caterina Caccia Dominioni, graduated in Law from Sacred Heart Catholic University in Milan. She is a member of the Milan bar.

From 2004 to 2007, she practiced law for Baldoli – Caccia Dominioni. From 2007 to 2008 she worked for the law firm Frau, Ruffino, Verna.

Since 2008 she acts as legal counsel to our Group.

Paola Durante is graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with a degree in Economics and Commerce, focused on Applied Economics.

In 1995 she was part of the financial analysts team in S&P Market Scope, in London, being responsible for the Italian market.

From 1997 to 1999, back in Italy, she worked for CAI-Cheuvreux as an equity research analyst, in the luxury goods sector. Then she joined the team of analysts in the luxury goods sector of Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America Merrill Lynch) as Vice-President, responsible for Southern Europe.

In 2005, Paola Durante began to work for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking team, until she became Managing Director. At first as an analyst, and then as an investment banker, Paola Durante followed -among the others- the most important IPO operations in the luxury goods sector, such as Tod’s, Burberry, Geox, Safilo, Poltrona Frau, Aeffe and Damiani.

From July 2013, Paola Durante has been working for Moncler as Head of investor relations and strategic planning, following its quotation process.

Paola Durante is currently director of Tesmec.

Simone Andrea Crolla, graduated in Political Sciences from the State University of Milan in 1997.

He was the Senior Vice President of Weber Shandwick – one of the major public relations consulting firms in the world - for the Public Affairs practice from January 2007 to December 2015.

From 2015 Simone Andrea Crolla has been Senior Advisor of Lincoln International, global investment bank, focussed on the mid-market sector, specialising in M&A, debt advisory, capital raising and restructuring operations.

From November 2018, Simone Andrea Crolla has been at the helm of the Advisory Board in Italy of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, with the job of drawing of fundraising strategies and supporting President Fedele Confalonieri in developing strategies for promoting the Milan Cathedral, is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Foundation (501 (c)3) of the International Patrons of Duomo di Milano (Milan Cathedral). From said year, he has held the role of advisor of the main shareholders of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Stefano Pessina and Ornella Barra, on matters regarding institutional relations and business development, supporting the Italian development of the Group from both an institutional and strategic perspective.

Since April 2019, Simone Andrea Crolla has been a member of Tesmec's Board of Directors as Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.

Since January 2020, Simone Andrea Crolla has been the majority shareholder and Vice President of Synergo SGR S.p.A., an asset management company with the objective of launching two new funds: the first a Private Equity fund focussed on Italian companies with investment projects dedicated to the American market, the second a Venture Capital fund, aimed at supporting the growth of innovative start-ups and SMEs.

Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino, is a lawyer with vast experience in company finance, restructuring and real estate finance transactions.

In 2008 she worked for international law firms Clifford Chance and Latham & Watkins, where she provided consulting to Italian and international companies and private equity funds on a wide range of transactions for more than fifteen years.

Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino is currently CEO of the Theodora Onlus Foundation, an international non-profit organisation, founded in 1994 in Switzerland and currently operating in seven countries worldwide, taking care of the emotions and healthy part of children in hospital, in an integrated patient care process.

From April 2019, she has also been a member of Tesmec's Board of Directors as an Independent Director and is Chairman of the Control, Risks and Sustainability Committee

Antongiulio Marti graduated in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. 

He is the founder of HOOP S.r.l., consulting company focused on Italian SMEs, whose mission is to extract value from the Italian business fabric, structuring majority or minority investment transactions through the club deal formula.

Antongiulio Marti is also a partner of Bayes Investments and co-fund manager of the Made in Italy Fund, a mutual fund focused exclusively on small caps listed on the Italian Stock Exchange.

Previously, he held the role of Equiti portfolio manager and head of the corporate & club deal division in Solutions Capital Management SIM S.p.A, Italian asset management company with approximately 1 billion AUM.

Antongiulio Marti is the founder and President of AIEDA, a non-profit association for the Exercise of Shareholders' Rights, company founded with the intention of promoting and encouraging the activism of the shareholders of Italian listed companies and presentation of lists of candidates for the election of members of the corporate bodies.

Nicola Iorio graduated with full marks in Business Administration from the Cà Foscari University of Venice and earned a master's degree in Merchant Banking from LIUC University with honors.

Nicola Iorio joined PFH in 2006, where today he is General Manager and Head of the Private Equity Business Unit.

Previously, he was an Executive in Transaction Services of priceWaterhouseCoopers participating in several due diligence in extraordinary transactions, mainly in Private Equity.

Guido Luigi Traversa, graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia in 1973.

From 1975 to 1988, Guido Luigi Traversa held various positions at Tecnomasio Italiano Brown Boveri S.p.A. (now ABB), becoming manager in 1984. From 1988 to 1993, he held the position of General Manager of the Technical Division and was a member of the Board of Directors of the company AEG Italiana S.p.A.. 
He was subsequently the General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of ABB of ABB SACE TMS S.p.A..

From 2014 to the end of 2018, he also held the role of President of Alpiq Italia S.r.l. and Alpiq Energia Italia S.p.A. (of the latter until 2016, then remaining Vice President throughout 2018).

Guido Luigi Traversa was a board director of the Emmeti S.p.A. group from 2014 to 2016.

In April 2019, Guido Luigi Traversa was appointed Independent Director of Tesmec.
