Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni is the chairman of Tesmec S.p.A.
Born in 1946 in Morbegno (Sondrio), he graduated in Economics and Business at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

In 1971, Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni began his professional activity, holding the position of Head of Industry Finance - Leasing at the company Andersen Consulting S.p.A.

Beginning in 1980, Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni decided to undertake entrepreneurial activity in the family company, succeeding in making it one of the world's leading manufacturers in terms of revenues in the field of stringing of high voltage overhead power lines and in the field of high-powered tracked trenchers for line excavation with a constrained section.

Gianluca Bolelli, born in 1959 in Castel Maggiore (Bologna), graduated in economics and commerce from the "Luigi Bocconi" Commercial University of Milan in 1983. Bolelli has been registered as a certified public accountant since 1985, as a freelance journalist since 1994 and as an auditor since 1995.

In 1984, Bolelli began as an auditor with Deloitte Haskins Sells, later Deloitte & Touche S.p.A., to join Peat Marwich Consultants in 1985 as a consultant.
Since 1986 Gianluca Bolelli has been practicing as a certified public accountant and in 1989 became a co-founding partner of Studio Bolelli, Sportelli, de Pietri-Tonelli.
From 1990 to 1993 Bolelli is "Esercitatore a contratto" at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart for the degree course in Business Administration.
Gianluca Bolelli is a member of the Scientific Committee of the "Family Business Association" for in-depth study of tax, corporate and governance subjects, as well as a member of the Scientific Committee and lecturer at SUPSI "Scuola Universitaria Superiore Svizzera Italiana" in Lugano.
Bolelli is also an external lecturer at the Bocconi University School of Business Management, a speaker at conferences and courses on tax, corporate and governance matters, as well as co-author of publications and articles on tax, contract and corporate matters.

Carlo Caccia Dominioni, born in Milan in 1987, graduated with honors in Management from Bocconi University in 2012.

After graduation, he worked from 2012 to 2013 at Bain & Company as Busines Analyst, while since 2013 he joined Tesmec in the role of M&A and Corporate Development Analyst. As part of his role he introduced and developed the Energy Automation division, of which he was Division Manager until 2020, created to integrate substation know-how into Tesmec's energy value proposition. Since 2020, he has been Energy BU Director for the Tesmec and Energy-Automatio divisions. He is also CEO of Tesmec Automation subsidiary and Tesmec New Technology, the Group's Chinese subsidiary.

Carlo Caccia Dominioni is currently the CEO Director of Tesmec S.p.A.

Caterina Caccia Dominioni, born in 1979 in Morbegno (Sondrio), graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2003. She has been a member of the Milan bar since 2007.

From 2004 to 2007 Caterina Caccia Dominioni practiced at the law firm Baldoli - Caccia Dominioni, from 2007 to 2008 at the law firm Frau, Ruffino, Verna, while since November 2008 she has been acting as legal advisor for Tesmec S.p.A. and Reggiani Macchine S.p.A.

Caterina Caccia Domioni is currently CEO of Tesmec S.p.A.

Anna Casiraghi, graduated with a 110/100 cum laude degree in Economics from Bocconi University in 2004 and earned an Executive Master in Corporate Finance and Banking from SDA Bocconi in 2010.

From 2004 to 2022, she is Director at Wepartner SpA, an independent consulting firm formed by high-profile professions supporting top management in strategic planning, M&A, finance and management consulting.
From 2014 to 2019, she is co-founder and CEO of 2 start-ups in the fashion and restaurant industry.
Since 2022, she has been a member of the Board of Directors, CFO and HR of Joyvi Group.

Anna Casiraghi is currently an Indipendent Director of Tesmec S.p.A.

Simone Andrea Crolla graduated in 1997 with a degree in Political Science from the State University of Milan.

As of April 2009, Simone Andrea Crolla is the Managing Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (“AmCham”). Founded in 1915, AmCham is a nonprofit organization that aims to facilitate the development of economic and political relations between the United States and Italy.
Simone Andrea Crolla was Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick-one of the world's largest public relations consultancies-for the Public Affairs practice from January 2007 to December 2015.
Since 2015, Simone Andrea Crolla has been Senior Advisor at Lincoln International, a global investment bank focused towards the mid-market sector, specializing in M&A, debt advisory, capital raising and restructuring.
Since November 2018, Simone Andrea Crolla has led the Advisory Board in Italy of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo di Milano, with the task of developing fundraising strategies and supporting President Fedele Confalonieri in developing strategies to promote the Duomo di Milano; he is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American foundation (501(c)3) of the International Patrons of Duomo di Milano. Since the same year, he has served as advisor to the main shareholders of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Ing. Stefano Pessina and Dr. Ornella Barra, on issues concerning institutional relations and business development, supporting the Italian development of the Group both from an institutional and strategic point of view.
Since April 2019 he has been a member of Tesmec's Board of Directors as an independent director and is Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
Since January 2020 Simone Andrea Crolla has been a majority shareholder and Vice President of Synergo SGR S.p.A., an asset management company with the objective of launching two new funds: the first one of Private Equity focused on Italian companies with investment projects dedicated to the U.S. market, and the second one of Venture Capital, aimed at supporting the growth of startups and innovative SMEs.

Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino graduated in 1998 with a law degree from the State University of Milan, specializing in Commercial Law.

After her first two years of legal practice at Vita Samory Fabbrini Law Firm, founded by Professor Carnelutti, in 2000 she joined the Clifford Chance team of lawyers, where she acquired significant expertise in international M&A, Real Estate and Corporate Finance transactions.
In 2008, Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino moved to the legal team of Latham & Watkins, developing her career in the areas of Corporate Finance and Debt Restructuring. In 2001, as head of the firm's Pro Bono Committee, she met Fondazione Theodora Onlus, which she followed first as an attorney and then as an advisor.
Following this, in 2013, Emanuela Teresa Basso Petrino joined the team of Fondazione Theodora Onlus, where she dedicated herself to the management and development of the business in Italy, becoming its Managing Director in April 2019.

Antongiulio Marti graduated in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

He is the founder of Hoop Capital, a consulting firm focused on Italian SMEs, whose mission is to extract value from the Italian entrepreneurial fabric by structuring majority or minority investment transactions through the club deal formula.
Antongiulio Marti is also a partner at Bayes Investments and co-fund manager of the Made in Italy Fund, a mutual fund focused exclusively on small caps listed on Borsa Italiana.
Previously, he served as equity portfolio manager and head of corporate advisory & club deal division in Solutions Capital Management SIM S.p.A., an Italian asset management company with about 1 billion AUM.
Antongiulio Marti is founder and president of AIEDA, a nonprofit association for the exercise of shareholder rights established with the intent to promote and encourage shareholder activism in Italian listed companies and the submission of candidate lists for the election of members of corporate bodies.

Antongiulio Marti is currently a director of Tesmec S.p.A.

Nicola Gavazzi graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and received an MBA from SDA Bocconi.

He began his career working for the largest engineering companies worldwide, holding roles as VP Business Development and M&A and Financial Controller. He continued his career as a Partner with several consulting firms including Egon Zehnder International and Russell Reynolds Associates. He currently works as a Family Advisor and Business Consultant.

Nicola Gavazzi is currently an Indipendent Director of Tesmec S.p.A.

Francesca Marino holds a degree in Business Administration from LIUC Crlo Cattaneo University and a Master's degree in 231 - Specialization Course for Supervisory Managers.

Since 200 she has been part of Arthur Andersen - then Deloitte - where she worked, first with the Auditing division and then with Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services for which she held the position of Senior Manager since 2009.
Since 2013 she has been Senior Partner of Studio ATHENA, Professionisti e Consulenti Associati in Milan, where she manages the Risk&Controls area.
