231 Model

Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced the principle of administrative responsibility of companies for certain offences committed in its interest and to its advantage by top managers or personnel under their direction or supervision.

In its meeting held on 23 February 2010, Tesmec's Board of Directors adopted an Organisational Model aimed at guaranteeing correctness and transparency in company activities, protecting the position and image of Group companies and its employees' work, and meeting its shareholders' expectations.
The model is organised according to the specific requirements established by Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Model 231).

Subsidiaries have appointed specific, autonomous and indipendent Supervisory Body.
