External auditors

On 16 April 2019, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Tesmec S.p.A. appointed Deloitte & Touche S.p.A, as Indipendent Auditor to cover the financial years from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2027, for both Tesmec S.p.A’s Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement.
