Board of statuory auditors

Simone Cavalli graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bergamo. He has been registered as an auditor since 2003.

From 1992 to 1999 he worked for the auditing company Arthur Andersen S.p.A.

In 1999 he was appointed as a manager of the company and became a member of the Transaction Advisory Services.

Since 2004 he has been providing professional tax, corporate and financial consultancy services to businesses through a firm in which he is a partner.

Attilio Marcozzi graduated in Business and Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan. He has been registered as an accountant since 1988, and as an auditor since 1995, as an expert consultant for the courts (Consulenti Tecnici del Giudice) since 1993 and of Expert testimony (Periti Penali) since 1996.

He collaborated from 1987 to 2000 with CERTI (Centro di Ricerche Tributarie dell’Impresa) of the Università Commerciale "Luigi Bocconi."

In 1985 Attilio Marcozzi undertook a work placement at Reconta Touche Ross in Milan.

In 1986 he received a scholarship for the "Corso di perfezionamento di diritto tributario dell’impresa" at the Università Commerciale "Luigi Bocconi", during which studies, from 1987 to 2000, he served as the program’s co-ordinator.

He has served as moderator for conferences in Rome and Milan and has provided expert opinions and testimony at the courts of Milano, Lodi, Varese and Udine. He is a Statutory Auditor in 15 companies.

Laura Braga, graduated in 2008 in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milano.  

Since 2013 Laura Braga is a Registered Chartered Accountants and Legal Auditors. 

After an experience in one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, Laura Braga has been working in SCC, providing consulting services on business valuation, transaction advisory services, business planning, Patent Box, Italian and International financial reporting standards (OIC and IFRS) and legal audit.  

Laura Braga is currently member of the Board of Statutory Auditors, member of the Supervisory Body and Auditor at various companies.

Alice Galimberti, born in 1988 in Magenta (MI). She graduated in Economics, Administration and Control in 2012 from the University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro” in Novara.

She has been enrolled with the Register of Chartered Accountants and with the Register of Auditors since 2018.

She started working for Studio per il Controllo Contabile – Analisi e Valutazioni d’Azienda in 2014 where she provides professional tax, corporate and financial consultancy services to businesses. 

Alice Galimberti is currently a member of the board of statutory auditors of numerous companies.

Maurizio Parni, was born in Romano di Lombardia (BG) 22/08/1976, he graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milano in 2001.

He has been enrolled at the register of Certified Public Accountants of Milan since 2009 and Legal Auditors since 2010.

Maurizio Parni started his professional activity in the auditing company Arthur Andersen in 2001 where he gained experience in the account auditing.

He started working for Studio per il Controllo Contabile - Analisi e Valutazioni d’Azienda in 2004 where he deals with the auditing of separate and consolidated financial statements, accounting and financial due diligence, company valuations and consultancy services in the administration and finance. In 2021 he became partner of Studio per il Controllo Contabile - Analisi e Valutazioni d’Azienda.

Maurizio Parni is currently a member of boards of statutory auditors, including large-sized corporate also in supervised companies.
