Supervisory board

By resolution of the Board of Directors on February 23, 2010 the Company adopted an organizational model that seeks to ensure fairness and transparency in the conduct of business, to protect its position and the Company's and Group's image, its shareholders’ expectations and its employees work and rolling on the specific needs arising from the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

The Supervisory Committee is made by Dr. Lorenzo G. Pascali, as Chairman, Dr. Stefano Chirico, Statutory Auditor of the Company, and by Dr. Giampaolo Grassi.
