Piero Nicodano, who has been with the Tesmec Group since 2020, brings with him more than fifteen years of experience gained at EY, where he served as a Senior Manager, leading statutory audit engagements for domestic and international companies, both listed and privately held, across a wide range of industries. This experience enabled him to develop strong expertise in accounting, finance, and reporting, together with an in-depth knowledge of both Italian and international accounting standards.
Since joining Tesmec, he has progressively expanded his scope of responsibilities, contributing over the years to the strengthening of the Group’s accounting, finance, and reporting functions, serving as Group Chief Accountant of Tesmec.
Starting from September 14, 2026, Mr. Nicodano is apponted as Group CFO and Manager Responsible for the preparation of financial report.
