Ruggero Gambini, born in 1974, degreed in Business Administration at Bocconi University in 1999. After a first experience in AEM (now A2A) for a project of business process re-engineering, in 2000 joined Isagro Group, growing in the areas of Business Controlling, Planning, Finance and Investor Relations, and is appointed CFO from 2012.
On top of the ordinary operational activity, he follows the main extraordinary operations of the Group (IPO, capital increases, merger & acquisitions, divestments, strategic alliances/agreements), also through international experiences (India and Brazil) as Director in controlled/participated companies and as Board Member of the Chinese, South-African and American subsidiaries as well as President of the Spanish subsidiary.
Mr. Gambini actively contributed to the “Growth Shares” project (then actually issued by Isagro in 2014) and has been a member of Assolombarda’s Technical Financial Committee. In 2021 he cooperated at the divestment of Isagro to Gowan Group, leading to a friendly MTO and subsequent delisting. Confirmed in his role of CFO, he took part to the integration into Gowan, remaining in the company till June 30, 2022.
Starting from July 1, 2022 Mr. Gambini joined Tesmec as Group CFO, following the areas of Finance, Controlling, Accounting and ICT, and acting also as “Dirigente Preposto” of Tesmec SpA from August 6, 2022.
